I thought pawTree® uses Broad Spectrum Hemp Oil, but the label reads Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract. What’s the difference between Broad Spectrum Hemp Oil and Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract?

CBD oil and hemp extract are essentially the same thing. However, for labeling a supplement, if the CBD concentration with respect to the total weight of hemp material is more than 80%, it must be labeled “CBD from Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract.” If the CBD concentration with respect to the total weight of hemp material is less than 80%, it must be labeled “Broad Spectrum Hemp Oil.” The CBD concentration with respect to the total weight of hemp material in pawTree’s CBD Mega™ is more than 80%, therefore it is labeled “CBD from Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract.”
